MEMBERSHIP GROWTH LAB TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 14 October 2026
We are thrilled to have you as part of the Membership Growth Lab and can’t wait to see what you create and change in your membership through our work together.
It is important that we begin this relationship with a clear understanding of how we will work together.
Please review these Membership Growth Lab Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing the Program.
By purchasing or enrolling in the Membership Growth Lab, including by clicking a purchase button and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have had reasonable access to review these Terms before purchase and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms become binding on the date you purchase or enrol in the Program.
If you have any questions about these Terms before purchasing, please contact us at hello@themissingink.co.
GENERAL PURPOSE
These Terms are between you (“Participant,” “Client,” “you,” “your”) and Natalie Taylor & Co Pty Ltd, trading as The Missing Ink / Natalie Taylor (“Coach,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), for your participation in the Membership Growth Lab group coaching program (the “Program”).
The Program may be delivered through our website at https://themissingink.co or related domains or subdomains (the “Website”), video or audio conferencing platforms, online community platforms, email or other methods described in these Terms.
The Coach and Participant are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” “Join Now,” or similar wording on a purchase button, submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms together with our Website Terms at https://www.themissingink.co/terms and Privacy Policy at https://www.themissingink.co/privacy-policy, to the extent those documents apply to your purchase and participation.
PAYMENT + BILLING
Program Fee
The Membership Growth Lab is offered in US dollars (USD).
You may select one of the following payment options at checkout:
Pay in full: USD $1,697.
Payment plan: Three payments of USD $579, for a total Program Fee of USD $1,737.
Payment plan instalments are charged monthly, with the first payment at checkout and the next two payments at monthly intervals.
The payment option and total price you select at checkout will form part of your agreement with us.
By providing your preferred payment method, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method and authorise us and/or our payment processor to charge it for the Program Fees you have agreed to pay.
You must maintain a valid payment method while any Program Fees remain outstanding.
Payment Plans
If you select the payment plan, you are committing to payment of the full USD $1,737 Program Fee.
The payment plan is a method of paying the Program Fee in instalments. It is not a recurring monthly membership or subscription that may be cancelled at any time.
Payments will be charged according to the payment schedule displayed at checkout and agreed to at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to process a scheduled payment, we may contact you to request an updated payment method.
If a payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Program until the outstanding amount has been paid.
If you fail to make a payment and do not correct the missed payment within seven days of being notified, we may cancel or suspend your participation in the Program by providing notice to the email address supplied at purchase.
Suspension or cancellation of your Program access due to non-payment does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining Program Fee.
You remain responsible for all payments you committed to at the time of purchase, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM
The Membership Growth Lab is a four-month group coaching and consulting program.
The Program will commence during the week of 9 November 2026 and conclude during the week of 22 February 2027.
Program Inclusions
Your participation in the Program includes the following.
Live Group Training + Coaching Calls
The Program includes:
Two live group training calls per month.
One live group coaching call per month.
The current intention is to hold group calls on Thursdays at 8:30 AM, Australian Eastern (Sydney) time.
The final schedule, including dates, times and joining instructions, will be provided to participants.
Call dates and times are subject to reasonable changes where necessary. We will provide participants with reasonable notice wherever practicable.
Bonus Private 1:1 Session
Participants who purchase the Program before November 2026 will receive one bonus 60-minute private coaching session with Natalie.
To be eligible for this bonus session, purchase by any payment option must be completed by 11:59 PM on 31 October 2026 AEDT.
This bonus session is offered in addition to the standard group Program inclusions.
You are responsible for booking and managing your bonus session using the scheduling link that will be provided to you.
The session must be booked and completed before the Program concludes in February 2027.
Unused bonus sessions expire at the end of the stated eligibility period and cannot be carried forward unless otherwise agreed in writing, and have no cash value, transferability or alternative entitlement if unused.
Call Procedure + Scheduling
Group Calls:
Group calls will be scheduled in advance and held on Zoom. The Program call schedule and joining instructions will be provided to participants prior to the beginning of the program.
Replays of recorded group calls will be made available to participants who cannot attend live within 48 hours of each call.
Because group sessions involve multiple participants, they cannot be individually rescheduled or made up if you are unable to attend.
Bonus Private Calls:
For any private 1:1 session included with your purchase, you will be provided with an Acuity Scheduling link to book and manage your appointment.
You are personally responsible for booking, tracking and managing your private session, including ensuring that it is completed before the applicable expiry date.
We will be available on Zoom at the scheduled time for your private session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a private session without notice, the session may be terminated and treated as used. Any rescheduling in those circumstances will be at our discretion and subject to availability.
If you need to reschedule your private appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You are able to reschedule your private appointment up to one (1) time with least 24 hours notice before it will be forfeited.
If you do not provide at least 24hrs notice and do not attend your private scheduled call, your session will be forfeited. We may make an exception to the notice policy in one (1) instance in the case of genuine illness or emergency at our own discretion.
Your team members may be welcome to attend a private session where appropriate, provided you discuss this with us in advance so we can prepare. Your team members cannot attend a group call unless they are a business partner.
The private appointment cancellation and lateness provisions do not apply to group calls. Group calls proceed at their scheduled times regardless of individual attendance.
Community + Coaching Support
Participants will receive access to the private Membership Growth Lab Slack community during the live Program.
Slack is the primary place for Program communication between calls, including asking questions, sharing progress and connecting with other participants.
We aim to respond to coaching questions within two business days during our normal working hours.
Our general office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Australian Eastern time.
Please remember that we are located in Australia and our working hours and dates may differ from your local time zone.
Please use the designated group channels within Slack for coaching communication. Direct messages to Natalie in Slack or on social platforms are not monitored for Program coaching or administrative questions.
Administrative, billing or access-related questions should be sent to hello@themissingink.co. We aim to respond within two business days.
Monthly Checkpoints + Feedback
Throughout the Program, participants will receive monthly checkpoints designed to help them turn the teaching and coaching into clear, practical action.
Each checkpoint will identify an action or area of progress for participants to focus on. Feedback is limited to the specified checkpoint activity for each month inside the program.
Checkpoint submissions are optional, and you are responsible for submitting your checkpoints via a form that will be provided to you upon program commencement.
Feedback may be provided by us in writing, through comments on a shared document, by Loom video or another appropriate format at our discretion.
We may reject items for feedback that do not fit within the scope of the recommended checkpoint, or if the work submitted does not follow the structure provided by the resources and guidance within the program.
Please allow up to five business days for feedback on a submitted checkpoint. We will provide a recommended deadline for checkpoint submission, and this will be communicated to you during the program.
Checkpoint submissions will not roll over after the specified deadline. Feedback will not be provided for any submissions provided outside of the specified dates inside the program.
Scope of Feedback
Checkpoint feedback provides strategic perspective, professional counsel and recommendations relating to your membership and its growth.
It is not a substitute for copywriting, editing, naming, graphic design, website design or other done-for-you professional services.
You can expect suggestions, comments and strategic feedback, but should not expect line-by-line editing or complete rewriting.
If submitted work requires extensive revision or specialist support, we may provide high-level recommendations or suggest that you seek external professional assistance.
We are not responsible for trademark searches, trademark registration, copyright registration or any other service related to the protection of legal rights in your branding, messaging and copy, or any ideas provided by us to you during your time in the program. You are responsible for vetting any ideas or recommendations provided.
You hereby indemnify, save and hold us harmless for any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of any claim, demand or action by a third party alleging infringement arising out of your use of branding or copy, strategy or advice provided by us during our work together.
AI-Assisted Content
We understand that many business owners use AI tools as part of their writing and content creation process.
Please thoroughly review any AI-assisted content before submitting it for feedback.
A core part of our work together is helping you express your ideas clearly and showcase the distinctive value of your membership and business.
If content appears to require greater personal input before meaningful strategic feedback can be provided, we may invite you to revise it before we complete the review.
Training Materials, Resources + Replays
Throughout the Program, we may provide guides, templates, training materials, call recordings, worksheets and other resources designed to support your participation.
Participants will receive 12 months of access to the Program's training resources and call replays via the designated program content hub.
The 12-month access period begins on 9 November 2026 and expires on 8 November 2027.
Access to the private Slack community and live coaching support is limited to the live Program period unless we expressly state otherwise.
The 12-month resource access period does not include ongoing live coaching, additional group calls or continued access to Natalie outside the Program unless expressly stated in the offer.
Ongoing or lifetime access beyond the stated access period is not provided.
CALL RECORDING + TRANSCRIPTION
Program calls are typically recorded using Zoom or external recording and transcription tools such as Fathom.
Based on call recordings and transcripts, we may use AI-assisted tools to produce call recaps, summaries and other supporting materials to share with you after our meetings.
Group call recordings, transcripts, recaps and summaries may be made available to other participants within the Program as part of the group learning experience.
By participating in a recorded group call, you acknowledge that your name, image, voice, chat messages and contributions may appear in recordings, transcripts and summaries shared within the Program.
Participants are notified when recording or transcription begins in each call.
If you do not wish to appear visually in a recording, you may choose to participate with your camera turned off. Please be aware that verbal contributions and group chat messages may still be captured.
We will handle personal information collected through recording and transcription in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Program recordings and transcripts remain subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property provisions contained in these Terms.
DAYS OF CLOSURE + INTEGRATION WEEKS
The Program includes periods for implementation and integration, during which live group calls may not be scheduled.
Typically, the last week of each month will be reserved for integration, with no live group calls. This is a general scheduling intention that may be changed at our discretion.
The office will be closed from 17 December 2026 through 5 January 2027, inclusive (Australian Eastern Time).
During this closure, regular coaching support and other services will be unavailable. The Slack group will not be monitored during this time and email responses will be delayed.
We will provide the Program calendar, including planned calls, integration periods and closures, to participants and communicate reasonable changes where necessary.
OFFICE HOURS + COMMUNICATION
Our general office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Australian Eastern time.
We aim to respond to Program communications within two business days, excluding announced closures and periods when support is expressly paused.
Coaching communication will take place through the designated Slack channels.
Please do not use social media direct messages or other personal communication channels for Program-related coaching.
Administrative or technical questions relating to your purchase or Program access may be sent to hello@themissingink.co.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
To get the most from the Program, you understand and agree that:
Group sessions begin at their scheduled time. You should aim to join at least five minutes before the scheduled start.
Group sessions involve multiple participants and cannot be individually rescheduled. If you arrive late or miss a session, we cannot provide an individual replacement session.
You are responsible for booking and managing any eligible bonus private session in accordance with the Call Procedure + Scheduling provisions.
We may provide preparation, monthly checkpoints, implementation work or other activities to complete before or between Program sessions. Completing this work will generally enhance the value you receive.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation and business outcomes.
You are responsible for ensuring that actions you take as a result of the Program are appropriate for your business, customers, industry and jurisdiction.
COACH'S ROLE
We will serve as your thought partner and strategic consultant and work with you to identify opportunities, challenges and priorities relating to your membership and its growth.
We will bring attentive listening, professional experience, strategic guidance and a commitment to supporting your progress.
You can expect us to challenge your thinking, offer perspectives, make recommendations, suggest actions, assign implementation work where appropriate and acknowledge your progress.
We cannot guarantee any particular result from your participation in the Program.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for any strategies, recommendations or practices you choose to implement.
PROBLEMS + FEEDBACK
If we say or do something that concerns you or does not feel right, please bring it to our attention by emailing hello@themissingink.co so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Our objective is to maintain a working relationship that is open, honest, respectful and constructive.
LICENCE FOR USE
By purchasing the Program, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, personal-use licence to participate in the Program and use the Program materials for your own business.
Unless expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not share, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute or otherwise make Program materials available to another person, publicly or privately.
You may copy, print, modify and adapt instructional materials, information, templates and guides for your own personal or internal business use, provided that you do not remove applicable copyright, trademark or branding notices where they are intended to remain attached to the material.
You may not reproduce, give away, publish, sell, license or distribute Program materials as your own products, resources, training or intellectual property.
Your Program access is for you personally.
Team members may attend private sessions with Natalie's prior agreement where appropriate. This does not automatically grant them independent access to the Program, Slack community, recordings or training resources.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own and retain all rights, title and interest in the Program and Program materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your right to use and adapt certain Program materials for your own business is limited to the licence described above.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
You are not permitted to upload any documentation, program materials, transcripts or recordings into AI software such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Our relationship with you is that of an independent service provider.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship or agency arrangement between the Parties.
Neither Party has authority to enter into agreements or make representations on behalf of the other unless expressly agreed in writing.
We remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to our delivery of the Program.
OUR WARRANTIES
By entering into these Terms, we represent that we have the right to provide the Program and enter into this agreement with you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Because the Membership Growth Lab is delivered in a group setting, we cannot guarantee that information you voluntarily share with other Program participants will remain confidential.
However, each participant agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
You agree not to disclose confidential information you learn about another participant, their business, customers or clients, except where disclosure is required by law.
You must not download, copy, separately record, screenshot, share, publish or distribute group call recordings, transcripts, private community discussions, chat messages or another participant's contributions outside the Program.
You must not use another participant's confidential business information for your own commercial purposes.
We are not responsible for an unauthorised disclosure made by another Program participant, subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The obligations under this confidentiality provision continue after the Program ends.
TESTIMONIALS, CASE STUDIES + FEEDBACK
We may invite you to provide feedback, a testimonial or participate in a case study during or after the Program.
Participation is optional.
We will obtain your permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial, case study or private Program contribution for promotional purposes.
We may use anonymised feedback, observations, wins or results from the Program for educational, research or promotional purposes where you and your business cannot reasonably be identified from the information shared.

We provide strategic guidance, facilitate discussions around membership growth, help participants identify opportunities and areas for improvement, review relevant business progress, share professional experience and provide a forum for greater clarity and implementation.
The Program does not provide psychological, medical, legal, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Where your business requires specialist advice, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate advice from a suitably qualified professional.
NO WARRANTIES + NO GUARANTEES
The Program is provided for your individual use.
While we bring professional experience, care and strategic guidance to our work, we cannot guarantee that your participation will produce a particular result.
In particular, we do not guarantee:
increases in membership numbers;
revenue or profit;
sales or conversion rates;
audience growth;
retention improvements;
launch performance; or
any other specific business or financial outcome.
Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your existing business, audience, offer, market, implementation, decisions and circumstances.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement the strategies and recommendations discussed during the Program.
CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL + REFUNDS
Change of Mind or Withdrawal
Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, Program Fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or partial refunds because:
you change your mind;
your personal or business circumstances change;
you are unable to attend some or all Program calls;
you do not access or use some or all Program materials;
you do not complete the Program;
you disagree with the Company’s management style or feedback provided;
you decide the Program is no longer a priority for you; or
you voluntarily withdraw from the Program after purchase.
If you choose to withdraw from the Program, payments already made will not be refunded, subject to your statutory rights.
If you selected a payment plan, withdrawing from or ceasing participation in the Program does not cancel your payment obligation.
You remain responsible for payment of the full Program Fee, including all remaining instalments, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation where that guarantee, right or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
CHARGEBACKS + PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or you have a concern about a payment, please contact us at hello@themissingink.co so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant evidence of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms, your access to the Program and our delivery of the services.
You remain responsible for Program Fees validly payable under these Terms, together with any rights and remedies available to either Party under applicable law.
PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
We may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, bonuses or limited-time offers.
You are entitled to any promotion that applies to your purchase at the time you purchase the Program and for which you satisfy any stated eligibility requirements.
Promotions may vary between cohorts, launch periods or participants.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotion offered after your purchase does not retrospectively alter the price or inclusions you agreed to at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AGE + CAPACITY
By purchasing the Program, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into these Terms.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may make reasonable administrative, operational or legal changes to these Terms where necessary.
Where a proposed change materially affects the Program you purchased, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will not materially reduce the core Program inclusions you purchased without providing any remedy required under applicable law.
Changes made to Terms after your purchase will not retrospectively remove rights that had already accrued to you.
PRIVACY + PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information handled in connection with the Program.
We may collect and use information necessary to administer your purchase, communicate with you, deliver the Program, provide Program resources and support your participation.
This may include information collected through Program questionnaires, community participation, coaching sessions, call recordings, transcripts and AI-assisted summaries.

ERRORS IN WEBSITE OR CHECKOUT INFORMATION
We take reasonable steps to ensure information published on our Website and checkout pages is accurate and current.
If we discover an error relating to Program pricing, availability, specifications or other information, we may correct that error.
Any rights you have in relation to an error will be subject to applicable law.
TERMINATION + ACCESS RESTRICTION
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including where you:
materially breach these Terms;
fail to pay Program Fees when due and do not remedy the missed payment after notice;
seriously or repeatedly disrupt the Program environment;
engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harmful conduct toward the Coach, team members or other participants;
breach another participant's confidentiality;
misuse or unlawfully distribute Program intellectual property; or
engage in conduct that creates a material safety, legal or operational risk for the Program or its participants.
Where appropriate, we may first provide a warning or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal where we reasonably consider this necessary to protect participants, the Program or the Company.
Where your participation is terminated because of your material breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund merely because your access has been terminated, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for outstanding Program Fees validly payable under these Terms.
PROGRAM CHANGES
We may make reasonable changes to the Program's schedule, delivery format, technology, facilitators, resources or administrative processes where necessary.
Any such changes will be made with the intention of continuing to deliver the overall Program and will not materially reduce the core services or overall value of the Program you purchased.
Where circumstances require a material change to the Program, we will communicate with affected participants and provide any remedy required under applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, neither Party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program.
We do not accept responsibility for business decisions you make, actions you implement, or financial or commercial outcomes arising from your use of Program information or recommendations.
We take reasonable care in providing the Program, but you remain responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and proofreading materials you implement or publish and ensuring that your business complies with the laws, regulations and professional requirements applicable to your industry and jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total Program Fees actually paid by you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises in connection with the Program or these Terms, both Parties agree to first make a genuine attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion.
A Party raising a dispute should provide written notice describing the issue and the outcome they are seeking.
The Parties will then attempt to resolve the dispute directly within a reasonable period.
If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Parties may agree to participate in mediation before commencing court proceedings, where appropriate.
Nothing in this section prevents either Party from exercising a statutory right, seeking urgent interlocutory relief, or bringing a claim before a court, tribunal or other body where they are entitled to do so.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and the relationship between the Parties are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
The Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales, subject to any rights available under applicable law.
NOTICES
We may provide notices relating to the Program or these Terms by sending them to the email address you provided when purchasing the Program.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address associated with your purchase remains current.
You may provide formal notice to us by:

Postal address: Natalie Taylor, Parcel Locker 10116 22466, 405 Church Street, PARRAMATTA NSW 2150
SEVERABILITY + NO WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
If either Party does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean the Party has waived that right.
Any waiver must be expressly agreed in writing.
TRANSFER + ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your Program place or your rights under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in delivering part of the Program where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, serious illness or emergency, cyberattack, telecommunications or technology failure, government restrictions, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, power outage or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances affect Program delivery, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and, where practicable, reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative for affected Program elements.
Nothing in this provision limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
HEADINGS
Headings are included for convenience and do not alter the interpretation of these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated into them and the specific Program offer you purchased, constitute the agreement between the Parties regarding your participation in the Membership Growth Lab.
They supersede prior discussions or communications relating to the same subject matter, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
You are not required to physically or electronically sign these Terms.
By purchasing or enrolling in the Membership Growth Lab, including by clicking the relevant purchase button and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:
you had reasonable access to these Terms before purchasing;
you have read and understood these Terms;
you agree to be bound by them; and
you understand that your purchase creates a commitment to pay the full Program Fee, including any instalments selected as part of a payment plan.
